As co-founder of FastCustomer -- a startup whose free app enables users to have customer service call them -- Steph is helping consumers *feel happier.*
Before FastCustomer, she had the pleasure of working with stellar clients while running her own usability-focused copywriting and IA/UX consultancy. Prior to that, she worked as a digital strategist and project manager for web consultancies in the Washington, DC, area.
Steph writes for Web Standards Sherpa and UX Magazine, runs NoVaCoWork, is a co-organizer of the DC Lean Startup Circle, and co-hosts the monthly "Hacking Startups" podcast.
