This presentation will focus on streaming music for the masses - from big name acts like Miley Cyrus to emerging artist like Never Shout Never, MTV utilizes all of its creative tools, partnerships and music knowledge to provide accessible, awesome music to its hyper-connected fans, live and streamed as they demand. This presentation will showcase creative ways MTV makes concerts more engaging online – from shooting video from the audience perspective - to social viewing tools like the Gigya Widget that create an engaging community concert-viewing experience, and a partnership with Webster Hall that gives emerging artists a platform to reach crowds across the America with live streaming video on MTV.com. This session will offer best practices and tips on tools and techniques to engage fans via concert going 2.0.
