To help promote the Colorado music scene at SXSW in Austin, Illegal Pete’s is teaming up with local bands to present the 1st Annual Illegal Pete’s Starving Artists Colorado Showcase on March 18, 2011 at Peckerheads on Sixth in Austin. This is going to be one hell of a party.

Free entry (if you can get there), along with free food and beer all night (or until it’s gone).

In addition to Illegal Pete’s, a number of Colorado companies have stepped up to help sponsor the event, including Upslope Brewing Company, Coors, New Belgium, Niman Ranch, and The Westword.
